The SLA process is originally commercialized for “industrial” applications. It is a form of 3D printing technology used for creating models, and production of parts in a layer by layer fashion using photopolymerization, a process by which light causes chains of molecules to link, forming polymers.[1] Those polymers then make up the body of a three-dimensional solid. SLA 3D printing is the best choice if you want to achieve the best quality.
Stunning Accuracy
Object print accuracy up to ±0.1mm(<100mm);±0.1%(>100mm).
Extra Smooth
Minimum layer-steps , top surface finish can be as smooth as glass.
Beyond Complex
Print complex forms that others can not.
Our current maximum bed size is 600x600x600mm – illustrated to the right. This maximum doesn’t mean to say that we can’t print your model if it’s larger so do still enquire.
We have a minimum wall thickness of 1mm for parts guaranteed. We will print things thinner than 1mm, but it is at your own risk. If these break in our hands, your hands or the hands of the postman, or lost during the cleaning process, it will not be covered.
The most powerful SLA 3D printer offers you the best service. Print size up to 600 cm³, let you print a single piece with a big size.
